These signs should have been posted years ago. What stoppped the City from posting such signs?

No one hired specifically to lead them to the approaches.

We probably needed a consultant to design the already standardized signs, give us instructions as to the distance from the road, how high from the ground and which way they should face. Then we needed another consultant to determine which day to declare the inactivation based upon the stars, moon and sun. Once that was done we had to order special shovels via NASA’s procurement process. Then an ergonomics evaluation had to be done to determine the proper stance needed to dig, drop the pole and pack the dirt around the hole. A review with pictures was needed then to provide a report to the insurance group to confirm all actions had been properly fulfilled.
