Sold! Villages go for $1.6 million

The Villages of Ocean Shores sells for $1.6 million, according to the county’s real estate sales site. Not bad, but . . . First Interstate Bank of Montana loaned some $10 million to developer Paul Pariser/Bar-JP for the project, then took the stalled project back after only one condo building (of a planned 15) was built, and Pariser failed to make payments on the gated condo community.

Well that should knock the crap out of the value of commercial property in Ocean Shores.Maybe the city will someday recover back taxes and fees

  2. I will be on pins and needles until I learn what plans the new owners have for the property. If they plan on continuing to pillage, plunder, burn, bulldoze and build, I will probably collapse into a pool of tears.
