Fortune cookies du jour

Steven and Stephanie of the excellent Viet Hoa gave me two fortune cookies last night, which I just had for breakfast. 1) “You are next in line for promotion at your firm.” 2) “A liar is not believed even when he tells the truth.” Hmmmm . . . .

How appropriate. I for one won’t be renewing my subscription to the NCN. I only subscribed to support your blog. Last issue was a half hearted rehash of the Daily World. Front page photo from Aberdeen? I sure hope you keep up with the real happenings in Ocean Shores. You’re the only one who will say what is really going on, police log and all. I really enjoy your wit, Comma Toes.

Consider it a promotion to independent contractor or being your own boss!

Everything aside, Viet Hoa has very good asian food. Recommend it to everyone in Ocean Shores.
